Usually, there are pull tabs on the side or bottom of the screen.
Hold them and pull them up- in the direction away from the metal, a little spring will give way and you pull the screen out of the channel that it is resting in. Done.
The pulling up and then away is done in one motion.

pull up on the little tabs on each side of the screen from inside the house. Pull towards yourself when the screen is up. m

it depends on the different type of window i suggest calling home depot, or if u are close enough even running over there. (not literally)
