You need to contact your attorney to answer this question. The question can't be answered in any but general terms because:

1) We don't know what state/province you're from, and the laws differ.
2) We don't know the entire background, which comes out in an extensive interview.
3) To give more than general information here would be inappropriate even for the few here who are licensed to practice.. and without knowing your state, its even harder to discerne.
