Intelligent.
They ought to be though, because they need to make much more important life choices much earlier than 'older' generations.
Because they have more to worry about, they are forced to make decisions. This may seem that children are more arrogant (spoiled), but i think it's just a result of bearing more responsibility.

Definitely MORE spoiled and LESS intelligent. My brother is 12 and goes to a school that hands him a free toy at least once a week, gives him more days off than days on, and throws parties for EVERY REASON IMAGINABLE. It's really quite sad. Oh yeah-did I mention he can't spell or do his homework without constant help? We're in trouble, man.
