Location, location, location.

When you're satisfied with the particular location you want to live in, then move on to your other criteria. What particular things do you want....house size, lot size, type of house, school district, type of utilities available etc.

Make a wish list. Then make a real list. What must you have & what can you live without type stuff. Take it with you when you house hunt. Also take a camera, because you'll never remember everything that you see & are told about particular houses.

Happy hunting.

School districts- whether you have kids or not, prices reflect location and this is the #1 factor- your resale value will be affected by it too.

Pick the best district...you'll be glad you did.
