I assure you it's absolutely fine. I'm not sure why some people insist on being as thin as possible, but you should ignore those types of people, because they actually have very unhealthy ideals and probably have their own weight issues.

Don't try to lose weight, just stay as you are and keep as healthy as possible by eating well and exercising regularly. HTH : )

No! Think of it this way: At 5 feet you should weigh 100 pounds. For every inch above/below that, you should add/subtract 10 pounds. For example, 5'1 should be 110 pounds (what you said), 5'2 should be 120 pounds, etc.

i think of a hundred and ten pounds sounds slightly underweight. i could say the perfect weight on your height could be someplace between 117 and one hundred thirty pounds reckoning on your build. What concerns me greater is how few energy you're taking into your physique. in case you at the instant are not on a nutrition plan then why are you counting your calorie intake. At your age your physique continues to be bobbing up no longer in basic terms bodily yet additionally mentally and hormonally. you may desire to make certain you get lots of healthful ingredients, fruit, veg, milk etc, somewhat as you're workout plenty. 2 and a a million/2 hours is slightly severe till you're in guidance as an athlete. And your calorie intake would desire to be someplace interior the region of 1500-1800, you're on decrease than a million/2 that! i do no longer comprehend who instructed you you had pup fat. this is genuine that some ladies your age are nonetheless carrying pup fat, go searching at a number of the females on your classification at school, yet you're defnitely no longer considered one of them. i'm truly extremely worried that at your age and at your weight you're speaking approximately finding at weight-loss boards and thinking strict diets. Is there absolutely everyone which you will talk well-being and foodstuff matters with? An aunt, college nurse, surgeon, even possibly a house economics instructor? you're saying definitely everyone seems to be discouraging you from weight-reduction plan by asserting which you're skinny yet you think of they lied. WHY do you think of they misinform you? They comprehend you, they care approximately you and that they have considered you. those human beings interior the boards have not have been given any concept what you appear to be. have faith your acquaintances and kin, no longer comprehensive strangers. finally, in case you nonetheless workout plenty and consume so little, then your hair falling out stands out as the least of your concerns. people who're VERY underweight can locate themselves with an odd heartbeat that may carry approximately heart failure and dying, kidney failure, weak spot through fact of muscle dropping, constipation, loss of calcium, that would reason osteoporosis, and interrupted or no classes. So ..... please do no longer nutrition plan to any extent further, you're nice as you're.

at 5'1 with 110 pounds, just be more conscious of what you eat. 110 seems a LITTLE bit HEAVY. You don't want to create an unhealthy eating habit. Hopefully it's just baby fat. At 14.5 years old, you're in the molding temporary stage so, just try not to gain any more pounds. Rather than pounds, just eat healthy!!!! lots of dairy and veggies. May the additional pounds in the future not be fat, but muscles!

Your weight is proportionate to your height. Around 125 lbs, at that height, you would be at risk of becoming overweight, and below about 86 you'd be underweight.

At 14, you shouldn't even be aware of how much you weigh, much less be concerned about it.

Another couple of years fixating on your weight / appearance, and you'll need a psychiatrist. No, really.
