If a man wants sex that night, he'll say " How beautiful you look in that outfit." If the man is not in "Heat"
that day, he will more then likely tell

It depends! If she appears to really like the outfit and it looks nice on her tell her she looks great. If she doesn't look all that good recommnend another outfit that compliments her body as well as style.
