Unfortunately, it's very hard to tell if somebody is sending mails as you, unless they goof and send to a broken mail address so you get the "No such user" bounce message back. Usually, the first you'll know about it is if somebody mentions an odd e-mail they've gotten claiming to be from you....

Similarly, although you can take steps to stop the more obvious ways of stealing a myspace picture, there really isn't a good way to stop somebody who's motivated and really understands the technology (hint - what does 'print screen' do? ;). And again, you usually won't know about it until somebody tells you.

Well, as far as you rmyspace pictures go, you can make it so that people can't download them or copy them at all. If you need to know if someone has compromised your account, check your sent mailbox and CHANGE YOUR PASSWORD!
