Horiuchi took a 300 yard shot at a different target, who was running straight away from him toward the cabin door that Vicky Weaver was standing behind. He was under orders to shoot to kill. Don't blame Horiuchi. Blame Janet Reno, who made a lot of serious errors before she was ever appointed to office as Attorney General. Blame the president who appointed her. Blame the FBI agents that entrapped Randy Weaver into cutting a shotgun barrel so he could be indicted, in an attempt to force him to reveal names of people the FBI was really after. Blame the kangaroo court that allowed this and was later overturned.
Want to talk about the mess at Waco? Horiuchi was there too, but he didn't cause the mess there either.

"Senior Citizen" should continue taking more Alzheimer's medicine. Blame only the people holed up with weapons. Brilliant, towering geniuses, like Janet Reno, or her appointer are/were wonderful, beautiful people. The current administration is nothing but sparkling dog sh-t.
