Get a soft cloth (dish cloth)
put some toothpaste on it and rub it really gently
i asked the same question a few days ago and it really really works
My jewellery was really black before, now its like new.

Without question, Tarn-X. That stuff is awesome. You don't even have to scrub it. Just dip the jewelry in it, and rinse with water. It'll look brand new.

TRy washing up liquid - let it soak overnight......then buff it dry with a dry soft cloth.

you can buy silver jewellery cleaner in places like argos..... i use it and it's pretty good and makes my silver shiny!

Jewlery cleaner. Dip it in that and its all shiny.
