how do i form a template of names on E-mail when i send a message to many different people?

so i do not have to reenter all the names each time--for a reoccurring e-mail to the same group of people

You can create a "list" and add all of them there, for example in yahoo when you go to the addresses tab, there is a "add list" button where you can create a list of folks..

go to yahoo mail and then look around in the mail options
