Hot flashes relate to your body decrease in estrogen secretions. You may consider Acupuncture or hormone treatment. Be awared that Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) is now viewed as not good for women although for years we have been using HRT for the treament of hot flashes. Herbal products have helped some females. Eating extra red meat may help (but makes you gain weight). Remember calcium supplement may help a little bit too! Best wishes!!

was on hrt for 3 yrs had to stopped after the big media medical report, tried natural supplement i.e. Estroven, progestine cream, melatonin & now benadryl a night. The main culprit for me is sugar & carbs....no sweets after 8:00 p.m. Make sure your bedroom is cool with a good fan and a glass of water with ice nearby and the extra light cotton nightie to replace it after you wake up dredge in your sweat. It's tough but count your blessings when you only wake up once during one night! Hang on!

There is a natural hormonal therapy. Also a fan, wet wash cloth, or ice. These will all help since it is a reaction to a loss of hormones.

uncertain of your age, yet I definitely have got here across that sugar, salt, and low incredibly mess with you for the period of that element as quickly as a month. shop some water and deodorant around, dress in layers. something extreme in carbs is going to make you warm
