I would say there is a reasonable chance if you have to ask the question. Also, it's possible everyone hates someone. I'm sure the girl that used to hate me in highschool still does, I don't really care though. That's her energy not mine.
It's also possible that you are delusional. If you have an obsession about being hated that is a problem.

some people may dislike you and some people will like you. it is unavoidable. but it always helps to turn to family members because they love you and will do anything to help you when you need it most.
