I think there's a grain of truth there, lots of brides get so caught up in the wedding they forget they're getting into a marriage, and gaining a whole new set of family and that there are many people a wedding day affects not just them. So, there's some truth in the concept, but as with anything and everything else on TV (including the news shoes, which often provide some slant to the news they product) it's changed somewhat, or touted up, exaggerrated, or sometimes even completely made up to boost ratings. They take stitch together shoots done days apart, and make up relaitonships between cast members. Even the news, which is supposed to be ALL reality, twists things a bit to meet their agenda.

Well, I'm sure that, like most reality shows, it is creatively put together to portray the women in the worst possible way, but no, I think that it's mostly real. Wedding planning makes women go crazy (you should have seen my sister)! I'm extremely laid back, but I had a few bridezilla moments, I'll admit. The stress of trying to plan a huge event (even a little wedding involves a lot of work), make sure all the participants are as happy as possible, doing the majority of the work yourself, PLUS the worry over "am I doing the right thing?" is enough to make the sweetest girl a bridezilla.

Well I don't know for sure. But my opinion of it is...i think it maybe somewhat fake. Not entirely fake. Because I know how it can be trying to get a wedding and all just the way you want it. I have seen family members in action. And they do act just like the bridzillas. But I don't think every woman acts that way. Because you can see how the men will put them back in place at certain times. To me that kinda tells alot.

Perhaps not fake, but I think the reality is tweaked for better ratings.

Definately. Show me a progam (other than live news) that isn't "set-up" to a degree.

Even Elimidate is fixed, (those Bast@rds).
