How do you get good at soloing??

Practice (obviously)
Break solos down into smaller, manageable chunks
Most importantly, invest in a decent metronome. Practice the solos at half speed and then gradually speed up the metronome until you are playing at the correct tempo

anyway practice is the best solution. i play drums and would love to drum like BFMV and Avenged Sevenfold

try learning some forms of the minor pentatonic scale, using hammer-ons, pull-offs, bends, and vibratos.
