It seems to me that Arabs' lives are less important/respected than Americans or Israelis.

If Israelis are God chosen people, why are they Jewish? They are not Christian and don't believe Jesus? Why are they so violence over 2 soldiers who were kidnapped? Should every country acts like Israel or the US, the world will full of wars, violence and end of the world.

To Chris B, I don't think you are right. Lebanon is not a terrorist country. Lots of Americans live in Lebanon, so these Americans are terrorist? The Lebanese government were supported and built by the American government. That's the fact.

Israel is not attacking civilians. If Lebanon wasn't hiding their weapons in mosque and people house's then their wouldn't be so many civilian casualties. You forget that Lebanon is a terrorist state. So please stop trying to support them.

I don't think it is right. Israel took the land from Muslims, and they want it back. Just because two soldiers were kidnapped doesn't mean the government has to be blamed. A lot of Muslims don't really care about the Jews living in America. Only the ones in Israel, because they believe they took the land where Muhammed preached.

listen - uve been brainwashed by the media. hezbullah and hamas hide behind civilians. these are cowardly terrorists who dont give a crap about civilian lives. israel has warned many times through pamphlets and signs and news broadcasts for all civilians to leave any place where hezbullah is active cause they will attack. anyone who doesnt leave is obviously sending a very clear message as to where their loyalties lie. so the media has done its job well. u, as well as many other ppl, think that israel likes killing citizens and that they're attacking way out of proportion. well lets think about this. israel is a small country which wasnt attacking anyone. soldiers get killed and abducted for no reason. israel wants their soldiers back so they go on an offensive, attacking only military strongholds and hezbullah outposts as opposed to hezbullah which attacks haifa and other cities, which are not targeted due to military strategy, but rather due to the fact that they can cause the most terror in these places. and lets not forget, as i already mentioned, that these military strongholds and offices of hezbullah are places which happen to be hidden behind the civilians. israel warns many times and then fires. so who is really at fault?
its time to be honest with yourself. U know that Israel has done nothing wrong. If u were a leader of a country and three of ur soldiers were abducted, would u just say "who cares, it's only three soldiers"? of course not. and plus, if israel didnt respond, it would keep on happening. thats why israel wont even consider a prisoner swap with these terrorists cause they know that as soon as they even make one deal (which is completely rediculous - thousands of lebonise, many of which murdered innocent jewish ppl, for 3 soldiers who have done nothing but protect civilians) more soldiers will get abducted and terrorism will prevail.
we must not give into these ppl. not now, not ever!

First of all, I am appaled to the answer by nyyankeesg1rl that "Israel" existed in "unwanted territory in the Middle East" !! OH MY GOD!! I guess, my ancestors in the "unwanted territories" of Palestine never existed? or when my grandfather was killed defending his land in Palestine's "unwanted territory" in 1948 was an illusion? or my pregnant great-aunt who was stabbed in her stomach and died along with her baby on the morning the Jews entered their "unwanted territory" village was just a nightmare?! Give me a break....may God help us all from the likes of you. Palestine has always existed in the same location that is currently Israel and has always been occupied by living and breathing human beings. Jordan did not exist as a separate country until the British and French colonized the Middle East and Jordan remains to be mostly DESERT occupied by bedouins NOT Palestinians!! I BEG all readers to get their facts from unbiased history books and not rely on this forum for misleading false information!! Please !!
Since Israel withdrew from Gaza...DAILY rockets and/or flying war jets are on Gaza...they fired and lastly, killed an innocent family on the beach except for their daughter; so when the oppressed retaliates and fights back, he's a terrorist? How can he be a terrorist fighting for freedom from the oppressor? Hamas responded by kidnapping a soldier; Israel responded back by attacking Gaza and re-occupying the outskirts of Gaza. Hizbollah kidnapped 2 soldiers and assisted the Palestinians in Gaza by attacking Israeli soldiers and demanded in return the release of a small number of prisoners in the Israeli jails since 28 years ago!! So...would you call this a war? YES...it is....and it will remain to be a war between arabs and Israel. This is not a war between Muslims and Jews. The Middle East conflict affects both Christians and Muslims...so I'm offended when someone claims that it's muslims' problem. How is Hizbollah firing rockets among children and women when Israeli officials confirmed that they are still unable to locate the exact locations of Hizbollah's rockets? Hizbollah has proved to us that they're capable of firing rockets and kill Israeli civillians, but so far in this war, they have not killed innocent families and children...yet; I'm sure they will after the second Israeli massacar in Qana! This is a war and both sides can kill whomever they want; especially that the US and Britain are clearly supporting Israel's oppression and occupation of territories. They never respected UN resolutions and the question I would like to ask is why is Israel allowed to use illegal weapons on the Lebanese people? Aren't these similar weapons to what the US and Britain declared as "terrorist weapons" ? Injustice and oppression will continue to fuel this conflict and will prevent peace in the region...very sad indeed.

It is not ok, but the US government has long had the stance that whatever Israel does is in their security interests. If we ever do anything close to what Israel does, it is a national scandal (Waco, Ruby Ridge) but when they do it is justified. I do not agree with this, but the problem is that no politician of any party ever seems to take a different view. Our China policy is the same way.
I try to vote for leaders I think share my views but it never seems to work out right. I feel we should stop selling arms to Israel. Of course, I do not think that Hezbollah and Hamas are justified in their actions, but two wrongs never make a right.

Because Israel is the single biggest terrorist organization in the region and is waiting on the day to unleash its 200+ nuclear weapons (why do they also need INTER-CONTINENTAL Ballistic missiles to deliver nuclear warheads when their enemies are only hundreds, rather than thousands of miles away?).
Wake up and see the light.
ISRAEL, this Anti-Christ nation will continue to hold the world (and USA taxpayer) to ransom and will continue to commit war crimes against innocent Muslim and Christian children in Lebanon and Palestine with impunity.
There is nothing we can do about it, nothing.
No USA administration will criticize Israeli crimes for fear of losing the critical Jewish vote at the next national election.
Republicans and Democrats prefer to sanction Israeli crimes against humanity rather than risk losing the next election.

Israel has been under attack by Hezbollah for many years.
Israel tips it hand when saying Lebanese people leave a certain area because we are going to bomb it.
Israel targets terrorists. Terrorists target civilians.
USA supports Israel because we must end terrorism.

Why is it OK for the Hezbollah to fire rockets into Israel killing their civilians?
Clearly it is not OK in either case. Oh, and why are Iran and Syria supporting the violence?
No, I am not happy with any of the parties involved, including the US. But that is the mess the world has been handed.

If some u . s . became lobbing missiles indiscriminately into manhattan daily , i could anticipate us to do something and harmless human beings die while while protection stress movements ensue. 9/11 became the worst day in my life . Israel has to handle terrorist assaults each and all of the time. What got here approximately with China became an twist of destiny , no longer comparable to some pregnant women carrying a bomb into an Israel cafe. you're maximum probably an anti Semite.
