hmmm grl dont worry it happens to all grls and yeh i understand u cant always throw every pair of underwear away sooo i suggest tht u clean it as soon as the stain appdont let it dry because it is blood and it will be hard to remove later on. So try to clean it with clothing detergent and use shout as well tht should do the trick and if the stain is really bad and wont come out than throwin it away is the next bet thing!

I have this problem too. You wash your underwear by hand(soak for a while in hot water) in cold water, and use dish soap. This always gets rid of fresh stains on cotton underwear. If this doesn't work on your under ware then use a stain remover before washing. Hope this helps.

1. Turn on cold water from your sink/shower/whatever
2. Get the underwear wet
3. Wring it out
4. Rinse
5. Wring out some more
Rub together if necessary, it is sometimes efficient. Some stains might remain depending on how bad you leaked, but you should keep those pairs of underwear and use them during your next period so you won't keep having to ruin your new panties.

Do not use bleach on your underwear. It will be discolored and you have to toss it out anyway.
There is a product in the detergent section at the supermarket. It's call Wizard Prewash Stain Remover Carbona (in a flattish yellow plastic bottle) - there is one for each type of stain including blood.

hydrogen peroxide will remove blood from clothing
pour on a bit watch it foam and scrub lightly with an old tooth brush - rinse with cold water and repeat - you should do it immediatly - the longer you let it set the less it will come out - and once you wash it is usually set in - if you can do it while the blood is still damp you should get it 99% of the way out

All you have to do is treat the stain quickly with 3% peroxide (you know, the brown bottle you get at the drug store for under $1.00), rinse and repeat. I promise, you'll never have to throw out underwear ever again.

Your best bet is to soak them in the sink with baking soda and bleach (color safe). Do this overnight, then wash and the stains should come right out.. Perfect for suprise periods! Good luck

Sometimes there are mishap/ but the corrected way to remove the blood stain/ is to get a bucket are pail to put you underware in, run cold water in it and pour clorox bleach into the cold water not hot/ if it is hot it will make it stain. Put your underwear in it overnite/ when you rinse them out. The cotton section will be white.

good luck with that they dont really come out. To get them out as soon as you get the stain you have to rinse it out under warm water, because if you wait a while the stain will set in and not ever come out, no matter how much bleach you put on it. I know sometimes its hard to immediatley wash it when it stains becuz sometimes you dont even realize you leaked on urself until its too late, sry.
