I find Excedrin Migraine to be of great help. Not too many other OTC headache medications do anything to help

Actually, Excedrine Migraine works great. I use it for all headaches. It has a shot of caffeine in it that seems to do the trick.

everyone has something different that works for them.
For me only Excedrin helps. Even for migraines.
Oh, and Excedrin Migraine is the same thing as Excedrin.
