We all do things that are wrong and we all have the ability to be mean....just ask the people involved to forgive you....and say that you are sorry...and really mean it.

You could write them a letter telling them that you're sorry and to get in touch with you if they are willing to forgive. If they do it then you can meet face to face and apologize.

Write out your apology & photo copy it however many times for
the # of people you need to apologize.Then pass em' out.
You can't prove a negative. If they believe you it's their doing.
Your apology has nothing to do with it. You get it?
You can't make people believe you.Just as you can't undo what
ever it is.

i think that the best way to do it would be to ask them one at a time when u r alone.

i dont ask for forgiveness words can be decesive ,although i show them that i feel sorry, quite clear from my behaviour....
