I usually push myself away from the computer and rejoin that thing I call life.
Or I cruise around looking for questions to add to my watch list so I can answer them the next day.

Go through some questions in voting and answer them or vote on some already resolved questions.
Not nearly as entertaining as answering questions though.
Just wait until tomorrow.
