I think I've heard women have better balance because of the way their weight is distributed on the body - our hips help us stay more grounded.

i think we do cause most men do not wear heels and if u do not have good balance u will fall over so ya women do have better balance

Yes because our left and right lobes are balnced better. That explained why there are a lot more women who are into activities that require balance and grace.

they have plenty of ballast around the midriff but as for balance your better off asking an olympic gymnast me i am a big fat porker who is unbalanced all of the time and wobble about all over the shop

womens center of gravity is much lower then men so they tend to have better balance
