I am trying to save files to my Memorex CD-RW disk and it won't let me. I am trying to save pictures and it gives me the error message" Cannot create or replace IMG Access is denied" WHY IS THIS??? How do I save pictures??

You didn't say what program you are using to attempt to copy picture files to the CD-RW.
It sounds like either the disc already has files on it and won't allow you to copy more to it, or you may have to select DATA as the type of files you're attempting to copy.
IMG means it's an IMAGE file, meaning it is an IMAGE of an entire CD. Thus you can't copy over an IMG file since it represents a whole disc.

on all rw disc's they have to be formated first and I recomend
nero as a cd /dvd burning program
