Not only is he not entitled to your inheritance after the divorce, he isn't entitled to it even if you are still married. The law clearly stipulates that an inheritance meant for you is yours and yours alone.

It depends, of course. If he is named as a beneficiary under your mother's will then yes. If your mother dies before you are divorced then maybe. Otherwise probably not.

Not, unless your mother has included him in her will. Inheritances are usually untouchable by ex-spouses. I wouldn't sweat this if I were you.
