Does anybody remember Barry Sanders from his college days?

Ever seen a college football player as good as him? I remember when I first seen him play I was a fan. Oklahoma State he was incredible! Reggie Bush wasn't even close to this guy nor Ricky Williams. Barry Sanders is in my opinion is the best running back period. College Football or NFL ever!

Yes I can remember those days that he carried the Cowboys and then the Lions on his broad shoulders.
How unfortunate we were in not seeing more years of his exciting and dominant play both in college and pro careers.
Just reading his accomplishments is truly astounding.

I still feel cheated that he didn't sign with another NFL team and get traded. He also wasn't an outspoken or flashy personality that so many of the current generation football stars are today. But Reggie Bush has that same demeanor about him and I hope the best for him in the pros.

Yes, I remember him as a college player because my Huskers had to play against him. We thought Thurman Thomas won the Heisman and our troubles were over, but here comes a young man named Barry Sanders. That was not cool because Barry took the Heisman too!!!!!!!!!!! So yeah I remember and so does the rest of Nebraska. Amazing, and yes, better than Bush.

YES. He single handley had the best single season in college football history. i have a dvd that has nothing but 8 hours of barry sanders highlights. its so money. he is the best that i've ever seen play. i'm only 26 so i never saw Payton, or Dickerson play. But he is by far and away the best that i've ever seen.
