That sounds like some of the typical guys at my school. You need to give it one more shot and talk to him be straight up and tell him your not interested and that he needs to leave you alone. If he continues don't pay any attention to him just ignore, cause if you ignore him he'll get tired of saying the same things and he'll get bored of it.He is just trying to get your attention. But if it gets to the point where he actually attempts to do something or touches you in the wrong way, that's where you need to report him at school and try to get the police involved. To me that is real serious if a guy touches you in the wrong way.

Try to keep your distance.

First step: Tell your parents or some adult you trust.

Next: Call the police and file a charge of sexual harrasment against the boy.

What he is doing to you, is not only wrong, but against the law.

You should not have to deal with that on your own. Tell your parents and the principal or a teacher you feel close to and see what they can do about it. Sexual harassment is as inappropriate for teenagers as it is for adults, and this jerk needs to learn now that what he is doing is unacceptable.

This is sexual harrassment, and is punishable by the law. I would tell my parents or call the police and ask them what to do. You should not live in fear.

report him to an adult that will scare him away.don't allow things to get worst.you've already asked him to stop and it's working so go to someone you trust to take this jerk of your hands.be careful sounds like a real creep.

I would not tell your friends to kick his butt, you don't want nothing coming back on you. I would tell your parents! This is almost stalking. Protect yourself, you don't know what he is capable off!

yes, what in my suggestion is that totally depends on you that you are interested in that guy or not, if yes then there is nothing to worry about go ahead and enjoy else you can ditch him.

Just ignore him. Eventually he'll leave you alone. Avoid him at all costs and he'll get sick of chasing after you!
