If you're religious and believe in the New Testament, there is an easy explanation to be had. The quotation below is verbatim from Edersheim's "Life And Times Of Jesus The Messiah" (vol. 2, p. 578).
"The Mishna tells us that, after the solemn washing of hands of the elders and their disclaimer of guilt, priests responded with this prayer: 'Forgive it to thy people Israel, who thou hast redeemed, O Lord, and lay not innocent blood upon thy people Israel.' But here, in answer to Pilate's words, came back that deep, hoarse cry: 'His blood be upon us,' and -- God help us! -- 'on our children.' Some thirty years later, and on that very spot, was judgment pronounced against some of the best in Jerusalem; and among the 3,600 victims of the governor's fury, of whom not a few were scourged and crucified right over against the Pretorium, were many of the noblest of the citizens of Jerusalem. (Josephus, Wars, xiv, chap. 8:9). A few years more, and hundreds of crosses bore Jewish mangled bodies within sight of Jerusalem. And still have these wanderers seemed to bear, from century to century, and from land to land, that burden of blood; and still does it seem to weigh 'on us and on our children.'"
So if you believe that Jesus was the Son of God and the Savior of the world, then the Jews of his day brought a severe curse upon themselves and their descendants when they called for Pilate to crucify Him and let His blood be answered on their heads. In "Jesus The Christ", Talmage observes that "history bears an appalling testimony of the literal fulfilment of that dread invocation" (p. 638).
The call of the Jews for His blood to be upon them and their children is found in Matthew 27:25. Read verses 11-25 for context.
**Please note: I am IN NO WAY endorsing anti-Semitism or the persecution of any person or group of people based upon their race, religious creed, ethnicity, or other characteristics or beliefs. I'm simply offering a possible answer to the question based upon an interpretation of the scriptures and historical fact.

The very thing that has allowed Jews to survive thousands of year as a people is also their own worst curse!
Their ability to carry on as a cohesive group for these many millennia is the fact that they consider themselves "different" and seperate from the society they live in.
This make for a cohesive world view that helps overcame adversity and keep the "tribe" together!
BUT, the very act of stressing their uniqness and difference has ostracized them time and again from the population at large.
Plus they whine a lot!

Fist Egyptians made them slaves 1500-1300BCE then Assyrians took over 721 BCe (King Solomon was punished by God for his disobidience thus Jews suffered),Temple destoyed and the Babylonians exiled them 585 BCE, then the Greeks ruled over them and most of western civilazation 332 BCE, then the Romans 63 BCE, then Jesus was born 63BCE, then Spain exiled them in 1492 CE, then Crusades, then Holocaust and so forth.. so its not that they were cursed for having Jesus's blood, clearly they have been persecuted long long before his birth. Whatever the issue, it is between God and them. I agree that in the spiritual context Satan hates Jews because they are Gods chosen people and thru them his law and knowledge was given to the world. They were suppose to lead by example and God was with them as long as they obeyed him. Satan hates God and his creation. Perhaps if anything, since they are Gods chosen people maybe the hardship comes from God himself because they historically disobeyed his laws even after he was with them 40 years in the desert and spoke directly to them over and over and over and over... We cannot hate or curse our Jewish brothers and sister for no one is perfect. No matter what religion we all sin and have a hard time fullfilling Gods laws. If we hate anyone then SATAN is winning. Every single person on earth, no matter what race or religion, ecenomic level, according to what Jesus said: we are all Gods children and we should love each other. be open to love all peoples..Not be closed to this universal love.. and this is were Judaism fails tremendously they fail to love ALL people, they judge and close their hearts to people other than their own religion..HOWEVER they are not the only ones who fail at this, some Christians, Muslims, and basically all religions do this at some point)

I don't hate Jews at all. I know they killed Jesus, but that was 2000 years ago. It's like blacks still hating whites for slavery. It was 141 years ago. So,get over it. They brought persecution on themselves by always being stiff necked. They griped and complained for 40 years after Moses led them out of Egypt. God still loves the Jews who believe he was the Messiah, and even those who doesn't believe it. They still obey God by observing the true Sabbath, and they also give lots of money in tithes. You can't get to heaven by returning the tithe or tenth, but you sure won't get there if you don't. No amount of money you give will buy you 1 minute in heaven, but if you don't return 1 tenth to God the Bible says you are robbing him. It's just a sign of faith. God owns everything on this earth including you.

classic antisemitism concentrated on the non-Christian faith of the Jews, and blamed the Jews for Christ's dying, condemning them to perpetual obloquy by asserting that they had willingly agreed to enable Christ's blood be upon them and their decedents. As a non-Christian minority in a society ruled by Christian ideals and Christian institutions, the Jews have been obtrusive and basic goals for prevalent hatred in cases of crises such through fact the Black dying interior the mid-fourteenth century, while rampaging mobs throughout Europe blamed the Jews for the mortality that bothered maximum of of the inhabitants, and took revenge in endless acts of violence and destruction.

Israel is always persecuted because it is the only Jewish country in a land where Islam is king. Adding fuel to the fire are the refugee camps, which were created when Islamic countries told the Arabs living in Israel to leave while they attacked. Israel won and refused to accept the deserters back, and the countries that told them to leave Israel wouldn't allow them to enter. So you've got large groups of people without homes who resent being used and ripped off, and they blame Israel.

Because historically they have always been a minority in whatever society that they have been a part of.
Whenever a society needs a scape goat, everyone picks on the group that cannot fight back - that is, a minority group (if you pick on the majority, you get your butt kicked because you are outnumbered!).
If you want a spiritual explanation, Satan hates the Jews because: (a) they are the children of Abraham; (b) they appear to be God's favorite (Satan is trying to bug God); and, (c) Jesus came from the Jews and changed the world fro the better (Satan wants everyone to act bad, not good).
