I would like a natural product, something inexpensive that will solve the problem, preferably a spray. I don't like using chemicals if I can avoid them.

I have to agree with windancerhil and the hummingbirds. But remember, that if you put out bird feeders, boil the water first before you add coloring and sugar. That way it won't sour and will last till the water is gone. And on the lighter side, if you want to get them from the outside of windows and doors? Open the windows and doors and let them inside. Now we have an entirely new situation.

Best natural remedy for spiders: Hummingbirds!
Put up a feeder. Hummers eat spiders (their source of protein) and use bits of web in their nests. Try it. It REALLY works. Plus, you get to watch the little guys play!

Use a broom to dislodge the spiders and remove the webs; when the spiders hit the ground, step on them.
