I think George W. Bush is smarter than he lets on, though it's not the kind of intelligence that makes a good leader. Part of him is doing a good job with what is going on and the other, the secret part of his world that we never see, is one that he does not have complete control over.

Whenever I see him give a speech, no matter if the content is on the Daily Show or CNN, I just get this feeling that he's hiding something.

I do not think George W. Bush is an evil man, I just think he is misguided. Call it a global conspiracy theory, but I think he's acting a part in a big play and I do not criticize his decisions because I can still go out and live my daily life in fear of things that could happen.

I think that people go a little to hard on him. I mean, clinton left quite a mess for Bush To Clean Up. He is doing fairly well. Hes better than Kerry in my opinion.

One of my worst things (besides all our children he is causing to die) is the amount of money he is spending.
After all his speeches and all his "stuff" he put out when he was wanting me to vote for him; when he actually got into office he was like a balloon that is turned loose after it is blown up to capacity and not tied! He just went WILD!

for one thing, i think the "stupid" image is actually cultivated by Dubya to appeal to genuine rubes throughout the land. i've heard that in his days as governor he sounded more intelligent, which makes one think maybe he's dumbing it down a bit these days in a Machiavellian manner

but in terms of what you're probably looking for in this question, i don't like him, or any other Demopublican for that matter; the only decent elected official in Washington right now is Ron Paul of Texas, and he's really a Libertarian
