Does Indiana have a compact vilators law with West Virginia?
Can they make you pay or suspend license?

wv will notify indiana and indiana will notify you that your license is being suspended for non compliance of a violation in west virginia, and then you will not only have to pay the ticket in west virginia, but also have to pay in indiana to have your license reinstated. it happened to me.

Eventually West Virginia will issue a warrant for your arrest. The next time you get pulled over, this will be reflected and you will be temporarily detained while Indiana contacts West Virginia to see if they want to come get you or what. There is no way they would come get you for a speeding ticket. Only if you were a murderer or something. But its probably going to be very inconvienent.

i think WV will send out a warrant for your arrest but I dont think that Indiana can do anything about it if its only a minor traffic violation.
Just pay the ticket if you're worried.

just ignore the ticket and find out the next time you get pulled over. PAY THE FINE

Nothing. Just don't get pulled over in W. Va. in the next 7 yrs.

they can summon you to court. or Dog the bounty hunter will come and kick your ***. one or the other,
