The only thing that can make you bleed you can only get from the doctor (have needed a time or two when I went 3 months and then 6 months once without a period). But I agree with the other poster. If you're cramping, chances are you'll get your period. I tend to cramp and bloat for about a week....two weeks before my period actually arrives. Those times when I didn't my period for months on end...I didn't get any symptoms, either. No cramping or bloating or mood swings. Midol works wonders for cramps. Midol really does "make it all go away". lol But if you don't want drugs, walking, believe it or not, really does ease cramps.

if you are having cramps...chances are that you will get your menstrual in a few days...as the body ages...it changes...and sometimes our cycles can change as well...there is nothing you can actually "do" to make it happen any quicker...try using a heating pad on your lower abdomen for the cramps...sometimes i have had blood clots that needed to be dispersed...also taking regular aspirin can help thin the blood...but don't over do it...

first fo all you ahould go to the doctors because condoms are not always gonna protect you. better to be safe than sorry. if you have an irregular period then theres a type of birth control to help make it perdictable.
