I Am Sam. I would say Charly but the book it's based on (Flowers for Algernon) is sooo much better and more touching. In fact I didn't like the movie all that much but I love the book.
Someone up there reminded me of another- Edward Sissorhands! (sorry I can't spell it)

I think A Walk to Remember. I know it's based on the book by Nicholas Sparks (who also wrote The Notebook, great!) but it really is touching.
