My labradors name is Bounce. She came with the name and as she'd been badly treated I didn't want to try teaching her to come to a different name on top of everything else.

Remember folks - If you use your pets name as a password do not answer this question.
Even if the questioner's motives are innocent other less innocent people could view the question and answers and obtain useful information, particularly if they can get additional information, from your 360 page for example.
"What's your pet's name?" is probably a phishing attempt to get your password.

My three horses:
Mint Pepper Doc is his Quarter Horse Registered name. I call him just Doc because he looks like a Doc than a "Mint Pepper". He knows his name as Doc.
Abigail in Action is her Quarter Horse Registered Name (need to turn in papers since the previous owners never did. Too costly at the moment). I call her Abigail, abby or depending on the day, other names in the book.
Nick's Pacemaker Wiatt will be his Quarter Horse Registered name one I get abby registered to get him. Too costly.
I call him Wiatt because it is a name that mostly stuck to him.
He is named after the Sire Nick.
Was born the same day my mom had her heart pacemaker put in.
Wiatt after an outlaw. Which he holds very true!
My cat:
Telmetubby. she would lay on the floor, stretch and meow at me. I realized she was telling me to rub her belly. Hence "tel" as in Tell. Then me and then tubby as in belly.
I call her Zorra for nick name since she is a tuxedo cat. Her top half of body is black with her face. Starting from her chin and bottom is white. reminds me of zorro with the eye mask. but zorra as female.

Well done John H, for the safety warning about giving a pets name. My horse has a "real name", but is often called Pudge... because of her sprung rib cage! or Miss Perfect,,,

Cats: Boxer, Gizmo, Mooch. My children named Boxer and Gizmo. Mooch is a mooch... anytime someone is eating something he is trying to mooch it.
Bunnies: Buckingham (Bucky) and Buster Bunsenburner (Buster). I don't know... my daughter named them.
Rats: Girls = Snickerdoodle (Snickers), Jenna, Algernon (from the book flowers for algernon), Kimmie, Angel, Kristin, and Agility (she used to hang upsidedown from the top of the cage). Boys = Jasper, George, and Slinky.

We bought a Boxer in November and called him Vedder after the singer from Pearl Jam, cause he's the best singer in the world ( my opinion only). Not sure if Eddie himself would be flattered but there you go.

Busta because when we first got him he was trying to "bust" out the cardboard carrier he was in.
Just in case you were wondering, he's a hamster.
I think it looks better spelt with an 'a' at the end instead of 'er'.

Sparkle.
She is a black, grey and white Bearded Collie Cross.
She's called sparkle as when she was a pup, she was pure black and white with flecks of grey - a star like pattern.
