The place is beside the point. It is the presence of the Lord that issues. To be with him can be heaven, even supposing residing on the planet. Of path, to reside without end on the planet WITHOUT seeing or talking to Christ could be deeply unsatisfying, regardless of how beautiful stipulations had been. I desire to set my eyes on my Saviour and to fall at his ft in adoration! It is as Job exclaimed, "I understand that my Redeemer lives, and that subsequently he'll stand upon the earth. And after my epidermis has been destroyed, but in my flesh I will see God; I myselfl will see him with my possess eyes - I, and now not one more. How my middle yearns inside me!" (Job 19:25-27) If I will have to die earlier than Christ returns to earth, I understand I will see him in heaven. But I additionally understand that God guarantees that there's a time coming while he'll create a brand new heaven and a brand new earth, where righteousness will reside, and in aeons of time, we maybe again on a brand new earth. In the interim, heaven beckons!

Since I don't believe in heaven the only option is Earth but since humanity is due to comepltely annihilate it sometime soon I guess I'd rather just die.
