do u have to give your medical history completely if u dont want to at a new drs office?

i am starting fresh and i want to tell only what is necessary.can i or is this against the law

It's not against the law to withhold information from your doctor---except in very rare instances---such as obtaining narcotics when you are doing the same from another doctor.

It probably isn't a good idea to not fully inform your doctor. Use good judgement here.

well, you need to have your records transfered from the other office, this way this dr can help you to their best ability.If you hide things, you could get hurt and make the probles worse.
