A lot of women think that men should know how to please them but because every woman is different, things that the guy does might satisfy one but not the other. An experienced woman would, to some extent, guide her man.
Think about it: If the guy is doing one thing and you're faking it. He's likely to do the same thing again, thus a vicious circle of faking orgasms instills in the relationship. Personally, I want to please the woman I'm with, so if I'm doing something wrong, TELL ME!
Another point: Sometimes, women orgasm but don't necessarily have that feeling of what has been called "the big O".

Yes for many reasons:
To see if he would believe it (he did).
I was tired.
I didn't want to hurt his feelings.
I was getting bored.
I was getting impatient with him, figured he didn't get it and never would.
I felt sorry for the guy.
I no longer valued the relationship but didn't want it to end badly.
I had something else I wanted to go do.
I needed to get going. I was running late.
I just wasn't that into it.
I had a sudden, odd cramp, cried out, it went away, he thought I was climaxing and I decided to just roll with it.
I needed to go to the bathroom.
I was getting a headache.
I could hear the kids getting up.
I didn't want sex in the first place.
I wanted to tell him I got mine and he wasn't getting his.
He stated it as a goal so I made it happen for him.
I wanted him to go away so I could give myself a real orgasm.

We all fake. Sometimes because we're not enjoying it, but we don't want to hurt his feelings. Sometimes because we want you off of us. Orgasm's are different for everyone.

yes. sometimes it just isn't going to happen. but when the guy is holding on trying to get me off and I'm just not having a good time, I fake to get him to give it a rest already and roll off.

women tell me all the time that they fake orgasms. personally i am not sure why anyone would want to be a faker. i would rather a man know if i was pleasured or not...

Yes. because if you're not in the mood, you're just not in the mood, and no sense in hurting your man, especially if you really care about him. to get there, your g-spot has to be triggered.

yes, i have faked it a number of times.... usually when he is on top and it's just taking TOO long... you know??? i just start making noise to get him off me.
