The main thing you have going against you is inexperience. But you should be able to get into a restaurant. Besides from the obvious, be polite and clean, well spoken, so on. Here's two tips: Very important, keep things positive, say nothing negative what so ever. And here's an odd but effective tip: go to the interview wearing the colors of the uniforms that company uses, that way they can see you as if you worked for them. I wish you luck!
