Not very likely that close to your period. Usually, ovulation occurs mid-cycle; that is, 14 days after the period in the average 28-day menstrual cycle. However -- and I know I sound like a broken record because I give this advice so frequently -- check with your doctor to make sure. There have been cases of pregnancies occurring so close to the period, but it is rare.

I still do not understand how a condom breaks...never had that happen to me.
Anyway you should know that condoms are not the best form of birth control. NO SEX is.

If you had your period, you're not pregnant.
If you're not sure, get yourself tested for possible pregnacy.
