Vitamin E oil is the best you can do...it's what surgeons recommend..they do sell it in bottles of the oil...I use Nature's Bounty in a 2.5oz bottle for mine. It works well, but won't totally eliminate the scars. Remember, scars fade over time, and may stay red for even a year or more. Time is the key.

Silicone scar patches are the best. Vitamin E might actually make the scar worse. Cocoa butter is better if your looking for a natural remedy.

neosporin works indoors but let it breath, if you are close to the ocean you can't beat natural salt water it will sting but the results will amaze you !!!
