One that inspires me in general is Steel Magnolias.
When I was younger, Norma Rae used to fire me up! :-) When Sally Fields stands on that table & refuses to come down (I won't bore you w/ her speech! LOL!)...Erin Brockovich is another one kinda like that; just about women being strong & empowered to make a change.
Over the years there have been several that have inspired me in different ways.
I was gonna be a professional dancer after watching Flashdance (just like every other 13 yr. old girl I knew at the time,) but that just didn't pan out!! HAHAHA!
Now I'm just rambling....& I'm sure when I check back & see others' answers, I'll be thinking,"Yeah!! That one, too!!"
But thanks again for such a good question. It really got me thinking, now!

Most of you guys said stuff like football movies and chick flicks-the real motivation comes from movies like Saving Private Ryan. What I think it is actually hasn't come out yet-it's Oliver Stone's "World Trade Center".
