I have recently added iTunes to my computer and it seems that I cannot move an entire albums information to iTunes from my other music programs. Can this be done? And if so will you please share your cache of uselful knowledge with those of use that are rookies at moving stuff to iTunes? It sure does take forever moving one file at a time, and my kids are almost as impatient as I am. Thanks lots.

Okay, I'll give it to you plain and simple. (lol)
make a folder on your desktop with all the music, OPEN iTunes (do not maximize the iTunes window). Than highlight the folder and drag it into the Library tab of iTunes. or click on the library tab before you drag it, and just drag it into the larger screen

put all ur music physically into one file
then goto itunes and press file add folder to library, and browse to the folder with the songs in it and press okay

File->Add folder to library-> select location of music
