Massage therapy and chiropractics is going to be your best bet in this situation. Think about it...when you are pregnant all of your bones and muscles are moving into positions they have never been in before, which can be very painful! I know the reason most people do not take this avenue is because of money. Here is a solution. Look for a massage therapy school in your area. They all have clinics where the students work on clients while still in school. Most of these students have already had all of their required schooling, but need some people to practice on to get the feel of what it will be like for them in a work situation. These sessions are monitored by teachers. The student can ask any questions during the session and it may help to ease your mind. You can request a student who has been through the prenatal massage courses if that helps too. Most of these schools charge $25 for an hour or $35 for 1 1/2 hours. Very reasonable in my eyes. There are so many other benefits to you and your baby when you have a massage. It can lower blood pressure, and stress levels, etc. I hope that helps you out. By the end of my pregnancy I was getting regular massage. You deserve it and so does your baby!! Good Luck!

Keep ur feet on a pillow and keep a little cushion under ur back will help u a bit but the pain will not go until the end of ur pregnancy. what the doctor say is enjoy ur pregnancy and try to forget the pain.
All the best

I would say your best bet is doing yoga. My wife has done it for her current pregnancy and she said she learned some stretches that help her back feel so much better. You can go to a Chiropractor but in the end they really just make things worse and they charge every time you see them. Also a massage therapist will do great things for you once in awhile unless you have the money to pay them to rub you daily I would suggest learning soem yoga stretches. Trust me my wife has a horrible back and the stretches she does makes her back stronger and better prepares her for the birthing of the baby.

I was experiencing a lot of back pain due to the stress of working while pregnant, although one time it was pre-term labour and they gave me Demerol to stop it.
It is safe to take Tylenol during pregnancy and that is what I did if the pain worsened again. Heat pads, massage and hot showers help tremendously as well
