Figure out approximately how much it would cost for the workers to have a sit down dinner at a decent restaurant and tip accordingly. I think $20 - 25.00 per person is about right.

My friends are prof. movers...and I've asked them that same thing. Answer is based on their performance, did they pack you also.. how many hours... is it a local move or out of state? $15-25. per hour is a good guide and then factor in every thing else...
also, tip as a team not each person... let them slip it. good luck!
