Yes, I would love a sequel.
Rambo 2 made us feel better about Vietnam. So I figure the new Rambo sequel should be about the War of 1812, another conflict that is a source of shame and doubt for Americans.
Rambo would go back in time somehow, and would single-handedly drive the British out of a burning Washington D.C. Imagine how great that would be, with the burning buildings and Rambo cutting down the Redcoats with an M60! Then, he would take off his sweaty headband and use it to douse the flames of the city, saving it!
The movie would end with Rambo about to be sworn in as President, but then the time portal suddenly opens again and sucks him in just as he is about to say, "So help me God." Where does he land? Tehran, 2006! It suprises the audience, and has them waiting in eager anticipation for the next sequel that is sure to follow! Everyone high fives each other in the audience, and chants USA! USA!
