I don't know the number of Jewish people that were sent to the gas chambers under the Hitler and Stalin regime. It was thousands and thousands.
The Jewish people have been persecuted throughout History.
I don't think that they are taking revenge now.... I think that they are just trying to survive.
The Bible says that the Jewish people are God's people. God will destroy people and nations that makes War against them.
I am happy that the U.S. is with Israel.

you bet your *** they are. in fact, if it wasn't for that horrendous act some 65 years ago, israel wouldn't be. but that's a horrible way to begin something. let me ask you this: if 6 million of your fore bearers were slaughtered just because they were 'different', wouldn't you be upset? i hardly think you wouldn't be but then, who's to say. the world, my friend, didn't say a damn thing & they were aware of it. as long as it was the jews & not 'them', the world shrugged it off like a bad case of the fleas. it wasn't until the scope of the slaughter became known did anyone do something. check the history books. even the pope in rome did nothing. now, you ask if they are seeking revenge? no! right now, as they have for the past 60+ years they are fighting for their survival, their place in the sun. peace is possible but first get the men & women who are war hawks and get them the hell out of the area (both sides & outsiders). let the ones who give a damn for the future rule with forethought. it's possible. all things are possible!

No ... this is because the whole of the Arab world is trying to destroy them by Proxy through the unconventional forces constantly attacking Israel.
6 million Jews died in Hitler's Concentration camps, and 7 million other political prisoners. I noticed a few of your answers are buying into the Neo-Nazi propaganda. Funny is that we got those numbers for the Nazi records after World War II not the Jews who survived.

Funny thing is that Jews don't pick on somebody their own size...(no balls)...They take revenge on poor, very poor defenseless women and children. Would they go against Syria or Iran (Which wanted to wipe Israel off the map)...But Nooo! there's the women and children of South Lebanon that are causing the BIG threat to Israel! Anyway, at the end of the day, I believe in Karma...

Any way you figure, it was a horrible atrocity that must never be allowed again.

no, quit being an idealistic idiot and trying to find a reason where there is none ... Israel was rocketed repeatedly by hezbolla in the months preceding the war and then had some of its soldiers and civilians kidnapped by brazen cross=boarder raids .... if this was perpetrated on ur country and your house your govt would bomb the piss out of whoever did it to ... and the wives and children of the attackers innocent? that could be debated ...but the bottom line is if you throw an egg at a neibours house and then go to jail its YOUR fault not your neibours ... peoples overall rational on Israel just astounds me at the level of ignorance.

Oh, please people, please don't believe the horrible lies about the Holocaust not happening. There are actual factual records from the Nazis themselves open to anyone to see. And 17 people in my family were killed in Bergen-Belsen. You have no idea how much it hurts to read those terrible things these cretins say about Jews. IMHO, it's simple jealousy...what be so hateful without a reason?

No, I don't believe these occurrences are related. However, to say (as one poster here has said) that the Holocaust never happened is the epitome of ignorance.
