today i ate a fruit, graps, and a yogart
what else should i eat today if i want a few inches off my arms and belly befor school starts, August 17,

carrots, apples, celery...any fruit or vegetable, and you can eat loads of it. don't starve yourself, honey. In fact, starving yourself is a surefire way to not only harm your body, but it puts your body into survival mode, makes it hold onto the fat its already got thinking it might need it to survive. EAT. Just choose healthy. You also need to eat some protein or you lose mucle if I'm not mistaken. But weight-bearing exercises are good...build lean muscle to replace the flab. So far it's working for me. :)
