Damon is one outstanding player! no question about it.
But I really think the rationale behind the Yankees acquiring him was to humiliate the Red Sox.

He was an outstanding player for everyone he's played for, the A's, the Royals, of course the Sox, and yeah, now the Yanks.

no one could ever look good in pinstripes. The Yankees defy the rules of nature. They SUCK and BLOW at the same time

Maybe. But looked better in the Red Sox uniform and the Cave man hair.

He looks good ever since he cut that mop of hair and now again assumes the role of a major league player. The pin stripes do nothing at all for him.

Chow!!

Damon is ugly no matter what he does (but what guy isn't?), but especailly when he puts on a Yankee uniform. That deal downgraded him from Idiot to moron
