Apparently spots on different parts of your face mean you are lacking in something or eating the wrong things ect. Any idea what it means if you always get them just on your chin? serious answers only please

thats ridiculous!
i've suffered from spots for over 2 years - in one case, i was gointo a dermatoligist every week. there are three different types of spots - red, white, and black heads.
reds are from the INNER body - its through pubery - acne. dont squeeze them, you cant control them, its jjust your hormones
whites are from sweat/grease. these are normal, but avoid squeezing as it can make surrounding area worse
Blacks are from bacteria. wash more!
Ignore other peoples wild theories - i know what i'm talking about.
msg me is you need help at all

Serious answers!! I was going to say it means stay away from me it's the Black Death!

It depends on what the "spots" look like and your age. Try increasing your vitamin A intake that's carrots and Orange stuff - actually beta-carotene. If the skin is dry E45 cream. If they are zits, benoxyl cream, just have the cheapest and ask for 10%. Just on your chin, and no where else could be hormonal if you're young - then see your GP; especially if you are taking any drug of any kind. It could be a reaction to a drug - even a prescription or over the counter drug. Hard to tell - so many different types of spots. I have at least 10 different types. Haven't a clue what some are. No none of them are on my chin!!! lol

I used to get spots. I tried all the healthy eating ideas, nothing worked. I then tried antibiotics which helped a bit. Now what I take is Dianette a form of the pill. It is good for people with oily skin. If you have oily skin I think this is the cause of your spots and i would definitely recommend Dianette. Now i have no spots and I can eat any food I like and it makes no difference.

We are totally in the same shoes! I was about to ask the same question when i saw yours. I am also 14 days late and have been having white discharge since more than 14 days ago (I always have discharge before my menses). Today its more yellowish when i wiped and like you, sometimes, there is nothing there al all! I just did a HPT and its negative again. I am also currently asking for opinion on why this is happening. How does no ovulation lead to this? This is my first time expericiencing this after 2 yrs of TTC... so hoping this will work. But still unsure... Good luck to you and keep updated!

Your gonna need to describe the spots dear. And I have never heard that spots on your face mean your not eating something.

I heard that too... not sure about spots on your chin but I know if they are on your jaw line or temple it means you're stressed. I always get spots round my mouth when I've eaten something I'm allergic to...
