Thinner and less prone to diabetes. However it is likely that they will still suffer the lack of proper healthcare that they experience now. Further their access to healthcare may diminish as they compete with other people of more financial means and are ignored by a government distracted by warfare and opinion polls.
In addition it is unlikely that the birth rate will fall drastically as poor people with limited resources tend to reproduce quite prolifically as a means of self-preservation (refer to Palestinian birth rates). It is also likely that many of their current "leaders" will turn to desperate means in order to keep their jherri curls and press & curls did, in order to keep from wearing doorags during the press conferences they will call. Fortunately for the general public, many of these press conferences will be abruptly canceled as these leaders gain another beer distributorship or large donation to their favorite cause - themselves.
The members of this racial group are also unlikely to qualify or volunteer for military service because they are either high, in labour (refer to earlier birth predictions), flashing gang signs or watching the game. They will also be too tired to show up for the draft because they were out all night shaking their grove thangs, popping their collars and holla' ing. Many will be disqualified from military duty because they are unable to brush their shoulders off or pimp the HumVees.
To summarize, after www3, blacks will rule America because slavery has taught them how to survive on chicken back, Governments have tamed them with welfare and drugs and rap musicians have taught them that there is no longer a need to have street cred to live a ghetto fabulous life.

There will be a numerous rise in breaking and entering. Seriously...I am sure that if there is a food shortage everyone will be hungry. Be sure to keep your pets inside.

If Katrina in New Orleans and the LA riots have given a glimpse into anything then Looting and Taking up of arms will play a prominant role in it.

Assuming there will be a WWIII, and assuming there will be a food shortage as a result, I assume they will be just as hungry as the white/asian/Indian, etc. people.
