makeup tips!?

i have seen those ppl who whear DARK, makeup and the ppl who whear light makeup so i don't know what to go with DARK or light?

Well, this depends on many factors:

1. your skin tone
2. what the occasion is
3. what you're wearing
4. what time of the day or the weather

I love wearing eye shadows in more than one color so I usually mix and match 2-3 different colors.

I love the Chanel quads, they stay on for so long and I use them as blush too.

Try a few colors and see what looks best on you. Do you like the smoky look, or the spring fresh, light colors, deep colors...

Go to Nordstrom and visit a few makeup counters, they are very good about trying different colors on you and many times they have gifts with purchase....

They best ones are Chanel, and Lancome.... The one with more of a variety of colors would be MAC

depends on if you are going out for the evening (usually darker colors) or if this is just running around (usually lighter colors) also depends on your style. normally you would only want to emphasize one area of your face, eyes, lips etc but putting on makeup to emphasize all areas would serve to make you look garrish or clown like...a good idea is to go into a higher end store that sells cosmetics and find one of the cosmotologists whose makeup style appeals to you and have them apply make up to you, this is usually a free service then they can tell you what kinds they used and the colors that are good for your skin tone. then you can most likely find those same colors in lesser expensive makeups.

U can wear some colors dark and others light. The more darker colors like purple u would put on light. Other colors like light pink or skin colors u would put on a little darker. That is what i do and it looks good.

It depends on day and night, what you are wearing, skin tone, & eye color..like if you have blue eyes you should not go with a dark blue eyeshadow more of a brown color or something there are alot of different idea slook it up and you can get plenty of ideas

go with light it make u lk younger but inocent bt dark doe lk like u hav slapped it on does rember wen u wear makeup alway was it off wen u go 2 bed becoz it give u le spot and wa all the dirt off and make ure u wash ur macar off wen u go 2 bed if u keep leaveing it on wen u go 2 bed and rubbing ur eye in morning n give u dark cirle around ur eyes and ba hoana frm uk

well if u want to look natraul use lite makeup nd if u dont then use dark but natrual lokks way better for anyskin tone toomuch makeup can make u lokk like freak so natrual is always better

if youre fair skinned dark is not the way to go.

when buying make up make sure that u get a colour to match wit u. also if u go to sears in yorkdale they can help u match up soemof the colours that go and even make up ur face in colours dat match! good luck!
