Oh, Yeah! Super Mario Brothers. I could save the princess in five minutes, back in the day. We used to fly through that game, and it never got old. If I hadn't given it to my little brother, I might not be so addicted to YA right now.

Most of the games people have listed so far are for NES, not SNES.
For SNES I would go with Earthworm jim, Super Mario All-Stars, and NBA Jam: Tournament Edition.
