1st time no,2nd is questionable
1st time did not do nothing 2nd time yes I was at home drinking I had drank a lot and I seen a truck hit a tree across the street from my house.I yelled in the house call the police and an ambulance and I ran across the street to help.the driver ran I was looking to see if anyone else was in the truck the police seen me and I got arrested for public intoxication. If I seen another accident while I was drunk I would still try to help.
